So I've mostly recovered from strep throat, only to find out that my girlfriend now has it. She went to the doctor this morning, where it was confirmed. Oh well. What can you do?
For my health psychology class, we have an extra-credit opportunity, which requires us to monitor a part of our health we wish to change (psycological, biological, or social health). Mine is sleep. I want to get more sleep. But I also want to develop a regular sleep pattern - like 8 hrs every night. No more of this "6 hrs one night, 10 hrs the next" business. Too much up-and-down. It's quite interesting so far. We did one week (last week) of base info - to get a basis for comparison - then we have like 7 or 8 weeks to try to improve our chosen behavior. This week is the first week we have to try to change, and I've been sick. My first three nights were 8.75, 13.5, and 6.75. Not exactly consistant quantities of sleep. Eh. We'll get there.
Speaking of which, it's almost 2:30. I'd better get to sleep now. Good night, all.

I'm a believer dude. It's all about the sleep consistency. It's hard to keep up though, but it's good to shoot for.
