A bit late? Eh...

So Sara and I just celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday. Pathetic? A little. But one or both of us were busy every night since about February 12. And we weren't even supposed to be able to last night. Sara had a thing she was going to, but decided not to Friday afternoon. So it was sort of a spur-of-the-moment date. As I don't have a car, I was unable to go out and get some more flowers (because I got her flowers and a card on the real day) as I would have liked, but what can you do? Her old flowers are actually thriving in a glass in her room. Who knew they'd last this long? We had a nice dinner, then rented Four Brothers, which I have seen, but she had not. Good movie.

I'm working desk right now. Boy howdy, it's been quiet...a little too quiet. Man, it sure feels dead down here. There hasn't really been anyone in the TV room, no one is hovering around the desk like they usually are, and no other staff members are chillin down here like they usually are. I've got some homework to do, but my brain just can't think tonight; it's a bit tired. A few people have "gone out" but not too many. Nobody's playing pool or ping-pong either. Wait, now there's two guys in there. But it's just dead quiet. I did open Pandora's box to get some tunes. It's pretty cool.

It's funny how things work out. You're in a bad situation, and you don't know what to do. You just want things to fix themselves and go back to the way they used to be. But then, the things don't get fixed. Instead, they get much better than before. Much better. It's pretty amazing.

Well, I've only got about an hour left. Sweet. Rock on. Awesome. I think I can, I think I can...
