Habits

Old habits die hard, but I think new habits die harder. With new habits, you've just got into a groove and you're excited about it. (or at least, you like it) You've just added or stopped some behavior. With old habits, you've been doing it so long that maybe a change would be nice. It's because you've been doing it so long that it dies hard. But if you try to break a new habit for whatever reason, it's hard because you're more enthusiastic about; you just started this habit, and now you have to change again. You don't want to change again. Why should you?

It's hard.
