Happy Feeling of the Week

So I realize that I haven't posted a Rant of the Week or Happy Feeling of the Week in several weeks. I suppose I've been distracted with other things. Sorry. And I probably won't post one next Thursday since I'll be getting back from my spring break ventures.

Andy and I watched Matchstick Men last night. Good show. I was also doing laundry while we watched. Because we didn't start the movie until a little after midnight, I wanted to shorten my laundry experience by setting my phone's alarm for when each load would be ready. My phone's alarm sounds to some like a pager going off. In the movie, there was one point when a character had a pager that went off. As it turns out, Andy is deathly afraid of pagers. It seems he's been on call so much (he's only been an RA for 1.5 semesters now) that he has a phobia of the pager noise. As soon as my phone or the pager in the movie sounded, Andy jumped, stiffened-up, and looked frantically around for the source of the noise and a phone to call the front desk (this is what you do when you're on call and get paged). This happened several times (washer, dryer, movie pager) and was equally funny each time. Well, to me it was. Andy, you're the man.
