Wow, it's been a while since my last post. Sorry about that. Much has transpired since then.
I danced. That's right, you heard me. For those of you who know me, you know that I don't dance; but I did on Friday at Red & White. I'd like to think that I got better as the night goes on, but that's for everyone else to judge. And yes, I had fun. Now I want to go dancing again to get better.
I went running tonight for the first time in a loooooong time. I think the last time I went running was in the first weeks of the semester. Wow. That was a long time ago. It felt wonderful. 55 degrees, breezy, and it was nighttime. I like running at night best. Campus is empty then - hardly any cars, hardly any people, cooler - it's great.
Before running was the last CHA GA of the semester. They pretty much emptied their cache of food and drink. I now have about three bags of pretzels. Sweet. I looooove pretzels. The new board members for next year were inducted. Ryan, Jenna, Melanie, Matt, and Jessica. It should be fun in the fall. And by fun, I mean "brace yourself so you don't get knocked over" fun, "hold on to your socks so they don't get knocked off" fun, "take cover in the basement in case your house gets blown away" fun. It'll be awesome.
I need a summer job. I've sent out applications and resumes, but I'll have to do more to be sure. If you know of anything marketing/advertising/sales related, let me know.
My dad wants me to visit him this weekend down in San Antonio. He reserved a little cabin and fishing boat for the weekend to go fishing at Canyon Lake. But as of yet, I have no transpertation. Anyone want to go fishing?
Right now, on the History channel, is a thing about big land-moving machines. They're talking about earth-moving trucks, and R.G. LeTourneau!!! That's crazy! Small world.
And also, I played in a park at on a playground twice in the last three days. It was fun. I need to buy an Aerobie.
