Free energy?

Laws of physics tell us that you cannot create or destroy energy - merely convert it from one form to another. You also cannot ever have a 100% efficient machine, as energy will be lost by heat, light, etc, even if just a minute amount.

But there is a company that claims this is all incorrect - Steorn. They have claimed to actually create energy - that their machine will gain more energy than it looses. It's pretty interesting...
