I then proceeded to Sachse to see Bubbles (who lives there and is now engaged) and Aduma (who was in town visiting for the weekend). We played this board game that was similar to the computer game, "Civilization". I liked it a lot. I hadn't seen either of them in a couple years, so it was quite nice.
I am now working desk. I realized that I have zero On Calls left and that this is my last desk shift. Ever. That's crazy. The only official RA duties I have left is to check out the couple of folks who are moving out/changing rooms, and cleaning up the place on Friday. I would normally have to do stuff on Saturday, but I'm excused since I'm graduating.
It hasn't really hit me yet. I'm about to be a college graduate, but it doesn't feel like it yet. Maybe once I move in to my own apartment, or when I start packing, or when I walk across the stage. On the one hand, I'm definitely ready to get out of school. 5 1/2 years is plenty for Ben Jumper.* But on the other hand, I'm going to miss the people - friends, co-workers, residents, classmates. UNT is a pretty great place. Especially Clark Hall. Most everyone here is pretty amazing. In fact, I'd say they're megamazitastigasmic. Now that's saying something.

Including this fall semester and my 2 summer semesters, I will have completed 148 credit hours over 13 semesters. This gives me an average of about 11.38 credit hrs per semester. That's pretty average I guess - about 12 hrs per semesters.
A BBA focused in marketing here at UNT requires 127 hrs of classes. The NPD certificate that I'm working on adds an additional 6 plus an internship (3 hrs). I have 15 hrs of classes that somehow count for credit, but don't really apply to anything. I've retaken 4 classes (12 hrs) and I have 27 hours of engineering and Bible classes that don't count toward anything. There are a couple classes that overlap university requirements vs. major requirements, so effectively I will graduate having taken 179 credit hours. This brings me to 13.77 hrs/semester. Not too bad.
* Apparently, I have no first and last name any more. I am known to almost everyone as BenJumper. It's kind of strange, but I'll go with it.

you know, now that you mention it, i;m realizing that i do always use your first and last name in reference to you. weird how that happens. i only even know one other ben at unt so there's no real need for it...i mean i know like 6 jasons and refer to all of them as just "jason." hm.
congrats on being almost done!
...or there's the good ol' childhood standby in the same genre ... "BennieBenJumper." Again, all one word. You're just meant to have one long name, I guess!
thanks for coming man, it was awesome to see you. God bless with your job, and if you're ever in denver, give me a call.
