I hate them. With a passion.
I hate it when people misunderstand what is said. I hate it when people misinterpret what is done. I hate it when people mistake possibility for true fact. It doesn't matter what the intention was, or what ACTUALLY was said/done/thought. It only matters what they PERCEIVE to have been said/done/thought.
The worse part is that it's a lose-lose situation for you. They're already pissed because of what they thought you said/did/thought. But if you tell them they're wrong, that you REALLY meant _____, they get even more pissed because now they're wrong.
So you either have to suck it up and deal, or further anger a friend/co-worker/whatever.
I hate misunderstandings. With a passion.
