Late-Night Typings of a Wandering Mind

Last weekend: a resident of mine had an aunt die.
Today: a close friend of mine had a great uncle die; another resident of mine had his room burglarized.

It's been busy. Hence my awakeness at 3:16 in the AM. I was on my way out to do laundry when I saw my resident in the hall and he told me he was missing stuff from his room. Yadda, yadda, yadda, I totally forgot about it until just moments ago. I need it too. Bad. So, I'll be awake for about the next 2 hrs. Maybe I'll take a short nap or something. But will I be able to wake up? ...

Some people have coffee, others coke. I have nothing. I need something that will keep me awake. I think if I'm busy or focused on something, that keeps me up. But I have no guaranteed pick-me-up like caffeine. It just doesn't work on me.

Greta helped me fix-up my resume and cover letter template the other day. That was awesome. Way to go Greta. You're my hero. I'm applying or about to apply for a bunch of jobs, so it was a huge help.

Clark Hall staff rocks. I love how any group of us can hang out and just fool around. Any mixture of the bunch. We're all pretty comfortable and friendly with each other, not to mention our sense of humor and tendency to have fun. It's awesome.

Enough for tonight...this morning...which ever...
